KAMA Southern California is a regional chapter of the Korean American Medical Association dedicated to advancing the professional development of Korean American physicians and medical students while improving the health of our communities.

Our chapter brings together physicians, residents, medical students, and healthcare professionals through educational programs, networking opportunities, mentorship, scholarship initiatives, and community service.

Our mission is to promote excellence in medicine by supporting healthcare professionals, mentoring future physicians, advancing medical education, and serving our communities through collaboration, leadership, and service.

Oversees organizational communications and records while helping ensure the successful planning and execution of chapter meetings and events.

Treasurer

Oversees the chapter’s financial operations, manages budgets and organizational resources, and works closely with the Board to ensure transparency while supporting the chapter’s programs and long-term initiatives.

Provides guidance and continuity by sharing leadership experience, supporting the Board’s strategic initiatives, and helping ensure a smooth transition while advancing KAMA Southern California’s long-term mission.
